Miley Cyrus lets her tattered tights do the talking as she promenades in Paris

She was number thirteen on this year's Forbes celebrity 100, with an estimated income of $48million, but it seems that Miley Cyrus hasn't been spending her wealth on new tights.
The Hannah Montana star followed in the footsteps of celebrities such as Gossip Girl's Taylor Momsen by sporting seriously laddered stockings in Paris yesterday.
She paired the on-trend legwear with a flannel shirt.

The actress and singer was mobbed as she walked around the French capital, where she is currently filming LOL: Laughing Out Loud with Ashley Greene.
Seventeen-year-old Cyrus has been throwing off her Disney image recently by wearing a series of edgy outfits.
Earlier that day, she stepped out in Paris wearing a revealing white vest top that left very little to the imagination.
Despite her still young age, she seems intent on shedding her teenybopper image as fast as possible, and stepped out in gay Paree in vest that exposed her lacy bra.
Wearing black trousers, a baggy white vest and a Chanel purse, Miley looked pretty grungy, and less than chic.
Miley plays the lead role of Lola in the coming-of-age film about a school girl and her friends making their way in a world connected by YouTube iTunes, and Facebook.
And actress Demi Moore plays the role of Lola's mother Anne.
Not only is Miley filming a new movie, she may soon be releasing a duet with best friend and fellow actress Demi Lovato.
According to 18-year-old Demi, the two have discussed working together in a project for a long time.
The Camp Rock star was so excited at the idea of having the song on her album, she took to her Twitter to talk about it.
'We talked about doing a duo together, like an acoustic or something,' Demi said.
'That would be really fun to do with her. She’s one of my best friends and she’s super talented, so I’d love to have her on the album.'
