Rumors first sparked after the “Baby” singer and his tourmate were spotted kissing inside a Honda at the beginning of the month in Venice, California.
Adding fuel to the fire, a source claims “she was supposed to be left off the upcoming Hawaii concerts.” The insider adds, “But Justin wanted her there, so he made it happen.”
Meanwhile, Bieber’s rep continues to deny that they are dating. |
