Miley Cyrus offered $100, 000 to talk about parents' divorce and her experience

Hollywood celebrity Miley Cyrus  was offered $100,000 to talk with online users about her experience as her parents go through a divorce. Room110.com offered Miley the amount, describing her as "great model for young adults."

In a statement posted on Room110.com, a representative for the Web site said, "Miley has been through it all and is a great role model for young adults. I know making her a part of the Room110 community and speaking to students about how to work through tough breakups, her parents getting divorced and her various struggles will be very educational."

As part of the arrangement, Miley Cyrus would talk to users online several times a month for a year, promote the program and visit schools to discuss her experience with her parents going through a divorce. Room110.com is a webste frequented mostly by students.

In recent development in the divorce of Miley Cyrus parents, Billy Ray Cyrus has filed for joint custody of his three minor children in the divorce papers he filed in a court in Tennessee.

Miley, Braison, 16, and Noah, 10, are three minor children of Tish and Billy Ray. The couple has three older children from previous relationships. The papers say that Cyrus "has no information of any custody proceedings."

Cyrus will turn 18 in November 23. It is likely that Miley will reach the age of emancipation before the custody issue in her parents' divorce is resolved by the court.
