Hollywood celebrity Miley Cyrus was offered $100,000 to talk with online users about her experience as her parents go through a divorce. Room110.com offered Miley the amount, describing her as "great model for young adults."
In a statement posted on Room110.com, a representative for the Web site said, "Miley has been through it all and is a great role model for young adults. I know making her a part of the Room110 community and speaking to students about how to work through tough breakups, her parents getting divorced and her various struggles will be very educational."
As part of the arrangement, Miley Cyrus would talk to users online several times a month for a year, promote the program and visit schools to discuss her experience with her parents going through a divorce. Room110.com is a webste frequented mostly by students.
In recent development in the divorce of Miley Cyrus parents, Billy Ray Cyrus has filed for joint custody of his three minor children in the divorce papers he filed in a court in Tennessee.
Miley, Braison, 16, and Noah, 10, are three minor children of Tish and Billy Ray. The couple has three older children from previous relationships. The papers say that Cyrus "has no information of any custody proceedings."
Cyrus will turn 18 in November 23. It is likely that Miley will reach the age of emancipation before the custody issue in her parents' divorce is resolved by the court.
Taylor Lautner still has a soft spot in his heart for his ex-girlfriend, country singing cutie, Taylor Swift and he wants to get back with her.
A source told In Touch, “They’ve been texting a lotand talking about seeing each other again.”
Even if they don’t rekindle their romance, Taylor Lautner cares deeply about Taylor Swift. The source continued, “When she was staying in Paris at the Gorge V hotel near the Eiffel Tower, he begged her to leave because he heard there were warnings about a possible act of terrorism there.”

Teen star Miley Cyrus' parents Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus are heading towards a divorce after 17 years of marriage.
Country singer Billy and his wife have announced their separation and filed divorce papers this week citing "irreconcilable differences", reported Contactmusic.
"As you can imagine, this is a very difficult time for our family. We are trying to work through some personal matters. We appreciate your thoughts and prayers," they said in a statement.
Friends said it was inevitable the couple - who have three children, 17-year-old Miley, Braison, 16, and Noah, 10, - would split but insisted nobody else is involved.
"It was a long time coming. It is the best thing for both of them," said a source close to the couple.
The couple married in December 1992 and Billy adopted Tish's two children, Brandi and Trace, from her previous marriage, in addition to the three children he had with her.He also has a son, Christopher, from his relationship with Kristen Luckey.
The family initially lived on a 500-acre farm near Nashville, Tennessee, before moving to Los Angeles following the success of Miley's TV show 'Hannah Montana', in which Billy also appears.

Demi's fans will recognize the sleek, darker color she wore for so long. She naturally has a light brown hair color, but dyed her hair black as her style really started to mature. It was a quick change for Selena Gomez as she left the stage in London last night.
The teen singing star swapped her cocktail dress for a stylish sparkling coat and trousers, as she headed out with friends.
Heading out for dinner after a tiring gig might leave some of us exhausted.
But fresh-faced Selena is more than used to multi-tasking.
The 18-year-old is currently promoting her second album A Year Without Rain with her band Selena And The Scene.

'Unfortunately, I haven't been on a date in over six months,' she told website BettyConfidential recently.
'In hindsight, it doesn't really seem that long between dates.

SELENA Gomez isn’t the most famous teen star of her generation but she may just be the sweetest. Beautiful, talented and in possession of a Unicef-certified heart of gold, Gomez has turned into a true role model for young people.
“I just think that we’re the next generation up. And it’s our job to spread the word about everything going on in the world,” says the Wizards Of Waverly Place star when asked why she’s so committed to Trick-or-Treat For Unicef, a campaign that encourages kids to raise money on Halloween for underprivileged children around the world.
Now, 18, Gomez is as dedicated to the programme as she was when she became Unicef’s youngest ever ambassador, in August 2009.
Naturally, it’s hard to make time for philanthropy when one also has a new Billboard Top 10 album (A Year Without Rain) as well as new TV season (the fourth season of Wizards kicks off next month in the United States) to think about, but knowing the lass, she’ll find a way.

Hot couple Ashley Greene and Joe Jonas was seen enjoying a hot dinner at Katsuya Hollywood. The loved up couple enjoyed a private dinner with curtains separating them from the rest of diners at the Japanese restaurant but they were still seen by a couple of those present.
One source at the scene stated that the pair were seated so close to each other and ate a couple of meals including yellowtail with jalapeno and sake.
Rachel McAdams was also seen in the arms of new partner Michael Sheen in Toronto while taking a rest from shooting her upcoming movie, The Vow. An onlooker revealed that the surroundings looked attractive and buzzing for romance. Sheen went all the way to Toronto to be in the arms of the actress and they were all seen strolling on the streets of the city.
LeAnn Rimes and lover Eddie Cibrian were also seen sharing a meal at the Beso restaurant located in West Hollywood and owned by Eva Longoria Parker. Rimes wrote on her Twitter page after the show that the meal was delicious and she was set to continue enjoying herself with her lover at the Colony for a dance.
Tenley Molzahn and Kiptyn Locke who met on the Bachelor Pad were seen dancing at the Santa Monica location of the Cirque du Tacori. The pair enjoyed a couple of glasses in their separate cabana while sharing deep kisses in between. Tenley danced throughout the night while her boyfriend retired after a couple of minutes.
Claire Danes and husband Hugh Dancy were also seen having a meal of sake, sushi and Saketinis in the company of pals such as Mamie Gummer in BindSt, New York. The pair seemed to be enjoying themselves and couldn’t stop laughing and fooling around according to a source at the scene.
Selena Gomez refuses to splash out on expensive clothes. The Disney starlet is very sensible when it comes to her money and doesn't see the point of paying out for designer items when she can get something similar for much less.
"When it comes to shopping I love a bargain. I don't usually spend over the $20 mark. I feel so much better buying a top for $20 that isn't so different from the one that costs $200. It's really rare that I buy something expensive, and if I do, I think about it over and over before splashing out."
When she goes to glamorous events, the Wizards of Waverley Place actress borrows designer outfits because she knows she won't wear them again: "When you see me on the red carpet, I'm usually in outfits that I've picked out and borrowed, and that I probably won't wear a second time, so I give them back. Normally the outfits are too expensive for me to own anyway."
One dress she won't be giving back is the gown she wore in her music video "A Year Without Rain," as she is auctioning it off for charity. "It's a beautiful dress. It was obviously a very important part of the video - we wanted it to be very beautiful and very flowy and I got so many great comments on it so I thought it would be awesome to give it to charity." The profits from the Catherine Dean dress will go towards UNICEF's mission to help underprivileged kids worldwide.

One of the things Nikki Reed looks forward to exploring in "The Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn" apparently involves Taylor Lautner. In a recent interview with People magazine, the Rosalie Hale of the "Twilight Saga" series reveals she is excited to tackle the bonding that develops between her character and Taylor's Jacob Black.
"Selfishly, I'm really pleased with my relationship with this kid, but I really like the way it affects my relationship with Jacob," the 22-year-old first said as referring to baby Renesmee. She continued to explain, "In the first part of the books Jacob and I hate each other, but we bond over this baby and we develop this connection that is really powerful."
The "Thirteen" actress also compared her real life friendship with Taylor to the one their characters share during the chat at a Cirque du Tacori event in Santa Monica. "It feels similar but at the same time more volatile than the relationship that I have in real life with Taylor," she admitted. "We're obviously buddies, but there's a playfulness that we get to explore that wasn't there before."
Both Nikki and Taylor will reprise their role of Rosalie and Jacob in "The Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn". Along with Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, they will be joined by newcomer Mackenzie Foy, who has been set as Renesmee, and a slew of other actors filling the vampire roles, including Maggie Grace and MyAnna Buring.

The UNICEF ambassador has decided to donate the Catherine Dean chiffon gray halter dress she wore in the single's music video to help raise fund to help disadvantaged children in need worldwide.
A private concert apparently isn't the only option Selena Gomez has taken to support a good cause. The 18-year-old songstress has decided to auction off the Catherine Dean chiffon gray halter gown she wore in the music video for her single "A Year Without Rain" in raising money for UNICEF's mission to help disadvantaged children in need across the world.
On the reason why she chose to donate the dress, the Alex Russo of "Wizards of Waverly Place" labeled the dress "beautiful". She further explained to People magazine, "It was obviously a very important part of the video - we wanted it to be vey beautiful and very flowy and I got so many great comments on it so I thought it would be awesome to give it to charity."
Fans can participate in the charity auction by placing their bidding for the stunning dress on Charitybuzz. As of the time of writing, the bid has got to $2,100.00. The auction will run until Wednesday midnight on November 10.
Back in early October, Selena has announced through her Facebook page she will hold a private concert on Tuesday, October 26 at The Roxy Theatre in Los Angeles to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF campaign. She also offers a fan and five lucky friends to bid on the chance to see and meet her during her first-ever acoustic gig.
In another news, the star of "Ramona and Beezus" has revealed that she was once mistaken for fellow Disney songstress "Demi Lovato. When asked about her experience on the matter, she told OK! magazine as cited in Popstar, "When a parent said she was a really big fan of [my work] in the movie Camp Rock."

"I think the social networks are very important," says the Naturally singer, who says she will cry when Wizards of Waverly Place ends next season.
"I think that being part of Facebook and MySpace and Twitter, all of those things, it's really awesome.
"It's a great way to stay in touch with your fans and let them know what you're up to," she shared with Hulu. "[But] It's a little scary sometimes because it's very personal."
Revealing how she uses these kind of websites, Selena (who says her fans are amazing) explained: "I try to use it for what it's there for. "I use it to remind my fans how much I appreciate them and how much I love and care about them, and what I'm doing and what I'm up to.

Miley Cyrus' new-found sexiness is "unfortunate," according to a TV watchdog group.
The president of the Parents Television Council has publicly lashed out at the 17-year-old singer for her latest age-inappropriate video, "Who Owns My Heart?," in which she writhes in bed in her underwear.
"It is unfortunate that she would participate in such a sexualized video like this one," Tim Winters told TMZ.com. "Miley built her fame and fortune entirely on the backs of young girls, and it saddens us that she seems so eager to distance herself from that fan base so rapidly."
The video, released Friday, shows the singer waking up in bed blindfolded with no pants on as she writhes between the silk sheets and saucily sings to the camera. She then heads off to party in glittery barely-there club gear -- with plenty of cleavage and leg on display -- before hitting the dance floor where she gets down with some older men.
"Who owns my heart?" she sings. "Is it love or is it art?"
Cyrus, who turns 18 on Nov. 23, has been experiencing non-stop growing pains in the past few months for attempting to kill her vanilla "Hannah Montana" image with a series of hyper-sexual music videos and performances.
In what seemed to be a response to her detractors, she told MTV.com that "Who Owns My Heart?" is about "freeing yourself from anything you think is holding you back."
The teen pop star last came under fire in June for her tribal-themed "Can't Be Tamed" performance at the 2010 Much Music Video Awards. While performing her homage to “King Kong,” her skimpy white bodice threatened to expose her nether regions.

TEEN heart-throb Justin Bieber has a multi-million fortune and 10million adoring fans - but sometimes he longs to jack it all in for a normal life.
The baby-faced singer, 16, said: "If I was at home and I wasn't doing this, I'd wish that I was in this position.

His Canadian parents Pattie and Jeremy were in their late teens when he was born, and split when he was 10 months old. In his book First Step 2 Forever, Justin says: "When I was little, I longed for a 'normal' life with a 'normal' family.
"Mom worked her butt off at whatever job she could get to keep a roof over our heads.
"There were no luxuries but it never occurred to me that we were poor. We had each other, which was everything."
Pattie would invite round "interesting, artsy people" to play music, and Justin taught himself the guitar and singing.
He got in extra practice after being grounded twice - once for skipping school and another time after a run-in with police.
Justin explains: "We sneaked out and went bike-riding at 2am, and the cops picked us up and took us home.
"My mom came unglued about that, and I was grounded for a few weeks but that gave me time to work on my chords and good guitar riffs."
Justin tried to keep his love of singing quiet at school for fear of being picked on. He said: "Unfortunately for the bullies, my dad was an ex-professional fighter who used to take me to his training sessions.
"I'm not a fighter by nature but if somebody shoved me, I shoved back harder." Justin's first appearance on YouTube - the video website that launched him to stardom - was at a mass brawl at his school.
He said: "A bunch of people were involved and a bunch more were taking videos of it with their cellphones. Nobody got seriously hurt but the video made it look like something out of Mortal Kombat."
The next video was him coming third at a singing contest in his home town of Stratford, Ontario.
It was posted on YouTube by Pattie, and afterwards Justin decided to try his hand at busking. He said: "Mom wasn't sure, so she insisted on having Grandpa sit in his car across the street.
"I was hoping I'd get 20 bucks. After a couple of hours, I had almost $200. I felt like I'd discovered a gold mine. At the end of one day, there was a note in my guitar case. It was something like, 'You're cute! Call me! Love, Tiffany.' And a phone number. I was 12."
Pattie wanted him to start a college fund but Justin used the cash to take them to Disney World - their first holiday.
Videos of him busking ended up on YouTube and he was signed by a record label and mentored by R&B star Usher. Justin - worth an estimated £100million now, is touring the world - but being a mega- star is far from easy.
During one rehearsal he was left hanging 30ft above a stage when his harness got stuck. No one heard his yells over the music. And when a choreographer asked if he was ok, Justin said: "No. I am about to die. Get me down!"
He also broke his foot at London's Wembley Arena when he was supporting Taylor Swift.
He said: "My foot rolled right to the edge of a ramp, and it felt like stepping on a railroad spike. In the middle of a song. In front of 12,000 people. And Taylor Swift."
He made it to the end of his set, but said: "Once I got backstage, I howled like a dog. I won't lie."
No wonder he wants to go home sometimes!

It seems like it was overnight that Miley Cyrus went from being the cute, funny kid on Hannah Montana to a sex symbol – albeit an underage sex symbol. Miley took another step down the Britney Spears path to stardom today with the release of the video for her new song “Who Owns My Heart.”
I mention Britney Spears because the similarities to she and Cyrus are starting to be uncanny. While Miley Cyrus was a much bigger child star than Britney Spears, they both have a history of being in the limelight at a young age. Britney’s debut album was teen/tween pop ear candy. Her target audience of teen girls ate it up and shot her to stardom instantly. It wasn’t until a few years later that she found herself struggling to show that she was more than just a teen pop idol. Miley Cyrus has already had a handful of albums and now, at age 17, is struggling to grow up and take her audience (who is getting older and broadening their musical horizons) with her or hopefully attracting a whole new audience that doesn’t know her as Hannah Montana. It is within this struggle to go from behind a kid star or teen pop idol to being taken as a more grown-up, sex symbol and all around pop star that Spears’ and Cyrus’ paths look very similar.
Britney Spears teased the audience. She sang coyly sexual lyric whispered in throaty tones over often throbbing, guttural beats. She played the game on the sly, making references to sex or professing her desires to be a sexual person without actually saying it out loud. Hint, when Britney purrs, “Hit me baby . . .one more time.” She isn’t talking about being punched. It was these lyrics and songs that made Britney Spears the nation’s Lolita. But when she was asked she always professed that she was a virgin and was waiting. Of course, we now all know the truth, but at the time it was part of the game. She was being sexy, but simultaneously telling us she was pure and she had the entire nation lusting for her while also feeling a little dirty about it.
Miley Cyrus is now playing that game. Her recent album finds her being sexy, flirty and at times very suggestive. This new video features Miley in her panties on her bed or sitting on the edge of a tub. She gets dressed up in a short skirt and barely there top and ends up on a crowded dance floor
where she writhes around and grinds on guys and girls. Lyrics that suggest when she is in the dark she can’t tell if she and the person she is with are a masterpiece/work of art or not. Of course she could simply mean the darkness of the club makes it hard for her to tell if this is a real connection, but it could also mean in the dark it is impossible to tell if it is love or just lust. It is Britney 101. Look hot, dance provocatively and sing lyrics that can be taken a few different ways. All the while you are doing this, profess that you are innocent, pure and just a kid.
Miley rarely if ever talks about her sex life and I respect her for that. It is nobody’s business but her own what she is doing with the people she is dating. That said, she wears very sexy outfits and now has made a couple of provocative videos, yet still plays it down and says she is just 17 and she is just doing a performance. It is clearly very sexual, but she blows it off as just fun and good times playing dress up. The next step on the Britney Spears path is for her to perform on a live show like the VMA’s and do a wild, over the top and very sexually charged performance then just tell people she was having fun with the music.
Britney played the game to perfection and it looks like Miley Cyrus has studied the playbook and is now putting it to use. Her defenders will say that it isn’t a big deal and her detractors will say that she is not acting in a way that a good christian girl should. She will play it all down and smile to herself because she has done her job and has the world talking about her. In her new video she may wonder if her relationship is a work of art. While Miley Cyrus may never find that out she can rest assured that the marketing campaign surrounding her is quickly becoming one.

London, Oct 6 : Zac Efron has expressed his desire to star in an action film.
The ‘High School Musical’ star fancies flexing his action muscle as an all-action hero – but claims he needs to earn his stripes first.
“Action’s cool – but that’s something that I feel like that is only really done well if you truly feel like the actor deserves it,” the Mirror quoted him as saying.
“I think when Liam Neeson does an action movie… it just fits and makes sense. Daniel Craig did Layer Cake before James Bond. I don’t think I’ve taken any of the preliminary steps yet. I can’t say if I was sitting in the audience today and I saw me in an action movie, it would quite make sense yet.
“But hopefully I’ll get there. I would love to, in time. I’m gonna try,” he added.
Zac, who next stars in tear-jerking drama ‘The Death And Life Of Charlie St Cloud’, insists that he should be taken more seriously.
“(There is) pressure from myself. I wouldn’t say I feel it externally from other people,” he admitted.
“It seems like it would have been fine if I’d just gone and done another musical or something. In a September issue of Glamour's magazine, the 'Fearless' hitmaker talks all about love, saying 'Love is the one wild card.'
Though Taylor Swift and Taylor Lautner only had a brief romance, the "Mine" singer insisted that she and the "Twilight" star will "absolutely" always be friends. In a recent interview for September issue of Glamour's magazine, the singer gushed, "He's wonderful, and we'll always be close. I'm so thankful for that."
Single Swift revealed that having passions that she respects, like his career, is one quality she looks in her future boyfriend. The 20-year-old beauty told the mag, "In high school, I used to think it was 'like sooooo cool' if a guy had an awesome car. Now none of that matters. These days I look for character and honesty and trust."
Still, Swift revealed that she occasionally follows her heart when it comes to guys. "I don't seem to have any real strategy or pattern when it comes to love," she said. "I've had moments of thinking, this is who I love and I don't care what anyone says. Those moments are beautiful and wild and exciting, but I've learned that those moments can end up hurting you in the end. I've been careful in love. I've been careless in love."

Listen up mama and papa Cyrus — your daughter Miley may be a big star but she’s still YOUR little girl and that means you need to be her parents.
And being her parents means you need to give her a curfew and stop her from going to bars and partying till all hours of the morning.
Do the words — Lindsay Lohan — mean anything to you? Do you want your daughter to end up in jail and rehab with her career in the ruins? Relatives of yours, who prefer to remain name-less, are already worried that Miley will become a trainwreak. “No one tells Miley no,” the source told HollywoodLife.com. “We’re concerned for her. She’s 17-years-old, but is the one who makes the money ($25 million in 2009) and she calls all the shots in the family,” the relative explained.
Now wonder they’re concerned –Miley behaves like she’s a woman in her 20’s, not an underage teen. Aside from the partying at clubs and bars in LA, Paris and Detroit, in the past month or so — she already has a long history of walking around flashing her bra and putting on PDA-filled live shows, including simulating a girl-on-girl kiss.

Everyone needs boundaries, whether they are young or old. Young people need boundaries to set themselves up for the future — what’s ok and not ok,” points out Dr. Gilda Carle. “She thinks she can do anything because she is Miley Cyrus but no one can get away with anything. It caught up with Britney and Lindsay and it will catch up with her.”
Here’s what Billy Ray and Tish really need to think about. Miley will not legally be under their control for very much longer. If they don’t exert their influence very soon, that window may close. And they can’t fear killing the golden goose by telling her no. The golden goose is still their daughter and her long term well-being should be their biggest concern.
“Miley Cyrus is a bad girl in the making,” worries celebrity psychiatrist, Dr. Carole Lieberman. “Somewhere along the line, her parents stopped paying attention. They turned the other cheek, while Miley was turning hers around a strippers pole at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards.”
Dr. Lieberman believes that Miley’s parents are embracing “the misguided notion that being wild is her ticket to continued stardom, fame and fortune.”
That’s sad. Sorry Billy Ray and Tish, but your daughter needs to be tamed — it’s for her own good!
