Twilight’s Taylor Lautner is suing a trailer company for 'emotional distress' after a customised vehicle he ordered wasn’t delivered on time.


The Hollywood hot star was reportedly planning to use the specially designed vehicle from Country Coach Recreational – described on their website as 'The World’s Finest Motorcoaches’ - on the set of his latest flick Abduction.
But the star has been unable to relax in his new $300,000 toy, as the dealership failed to deliver it by the deadline of 21 June.
And now Taylor has filed a lawsuit against the company for damages, reportedly claiming breach of contract and fraud, adding the late delivery caused him emotional distress.
Oh Taylor. Are you having your first Hollywood strop?

The star recently claimed that, despite his international fame, his home life kept him down to earth, with his parents still expecting him to do chores and help out around around the house.
'I help out with the lawn, garbage, dishes. When I come back, I have extra mowing to do,' he told OK! recently.
‘It's very important to me. I describe it as I live two different lives. I have this life and do what I love to do, but I also have the same exact life as before and nothing has changed.'

Asked about the possibility when met on the set of 'Wizards of Waverly Place', the Disney songstress is quick to set the record straight before bursting into laughter.

There won't be any duet between Selena Gomez and Nick Jonas happening in the near future. When met by E! News on the set of her Disney Channel's popular series, the Alex Russo of "Wizards of Waverly Place" was quick to say she won't be making music together with her ex-boyfriend before bursting into laughter.

The 18-year-old at the time filmed an August 27 episode of "Wizards" titled "Uncle Ernesto" with Wilmer Valderrama. During a break from filming, she talked about having the former "That '70s Show" star as guest star. Footage from the set share some of the mistakes she did when shooting for the particular episode.

Selena was first reported to be dating the youngest member of the Jonas Brothers in the summer of 2008. A source told People magazine they have been together for months though representative for JoBro insisted the two were only friends. They reportedly called off their romance in February 2009, before linked romantically once again in early 2010. They were said to have split again later on.

Recently, Nick has been faced head on with a tough question by a fan over his romance to Selena. When posing for pictures and signing autograph for his fans, he was asked what is the worst part of dating his ex-girlfriend. Instead of answering it, he just smiled at the fan before quickly turning his attention to the others.

Taylor Swift says the success of her new single “blew her mind” because she was so unprepared.

The country musician had been planning to debut Mine, the first release from her upcoming album Speak Now, on August 16 but it leaked early online. She decided to make it available on August 4 because of this, but never expected it to be such a hit.
“The immediate success of the first single Mine absolutely blew my mind because first of all it came out two weeks before it was scheduled to, it leaked early, so we sort of rushed it to iTunes while I was on a plane. So it was like I got on a plane, I landed in Japan and it was number one on iTunes When I got on the plane I had no intention of having a single out until two weeks from now,” she laughed to ET Online. “But it just ended up so wonderful and I really appreciate the fans for jumping right on it. I’m a big believer in all’s well that ends well and not stressing out about what you can’t control and just focusing on what you can do from this point on in the moment.”
The video for the track is due to air on Friday, and Taylor can’t wait to see how her fans react to it. An image of her wearing a wedding dress has already been leaked, but she insists there is much more to the promo than that one scene.
Toby Hemingway plays Taylor’s love interest, and she had an unconventional way of deciding he should be her leading man. “I picked him because he was in one of my favourite movies called Feast of Love,” she said. “I made the ultimate choice because in another movie he was in he walks on stage for the first time and he had a 13 on his sweatshirt, and that’s my lucky number.”

When asked about his motivation, Taylor Lautner said that he started studying Jacob Black’s (Taylor’s character in the Twilight series) role in the 2nd part of the series and as he studied he realized a change was due from the physical perspective. Immediately, only a day after the first Twilight was released, Taylor Lautner hired a personal trainer and started pumping iron.

If anyone wants to achieve the results Taylor Lautner did in a single year, start following his tips. First and foremost, you need to focus on your diet, eat right and stick to a sensible workout routine. It doesn’t have to be strenuous, just smart.
When hitting the weights, get our muscles comfortable with more weight that you can lift. You don’t have to life heavier weights constantly, but every now and then lift more than you can. With that said, be sure to pump a variety of weights. Some days you want to lift the heavier ones with few reps, while on the others you want to go hard on the lighter ones with not just more reps but perhaps an extra set or two also.

Don’t get stuck on a particular area, you want to rotate between muscle groups. The idea is not to over exhaust any area. Additionally, if a lean muscle mass if your objective, don’t squeeze in too much of cardio. Do not neglect side way movement exercises and be sure to maintain a proper diet plan with a rest day every third day into your workout routine.

Attention Justin Bieber fans (you might want to sit down while reading this, if you haven't already seen the news on Bieber's Twitter account): You have an opportunity to be in his new 3-D movie!
That's right, Justin Bieber and director Jon Chu made the announcement via Twitter on Tuesday (August 24) that they are hosting a 24-hour casting call for all the Beliebers out there to be in their new concert extravaganza. All it takes is a visit to the website BieberFever.com/movie.
According to the site, fans have an opportunity to "be a part" of the movie, which could mean any number of things, as the details in the announcement are few (we recommend a thorough perusal of Paramount Pictures' "terms of use" statement for further explanation before submission). To be considered, fans must submit a home video of themselves singing along to Bieber's "That Should Be Me" or they should "Show us how 'U Smile' " by sending in a photo or video.
When Chu and Bieber made the Twitter-nouncement on Tuesday afternoon, Bieber followed up his initial tweet with an update that fans had already overwhelmed the website's server. "Sorry u guys crashed the server!!" he tweeted. "Haha. It's back up now!! Get in MY MOVIE!!! U got less than 24 hours!!"
When MTV News caught up with Chu recently (who also directed "Step-Up 3-D"), he said the Bieber movie will be for everyone — not just his devoted fans.
"[It's] a movie for his fans, a movie for people who don't know him, and we're gonna tell the underdog story of where he came from," Chu said. "There's not going to be acted-out scenes and I can't talk about the rest. It's not your typical concert film and it's not going to be a biopic ... but it is about his life. I think it's more of a documentary. We're going to figure it out as we go." As for how much of it will be in 3-D, he said, "You'll have to see it. We're figuring that out now."

Does Taylor Lautner have some real wolf in him? It seems that Taylor Lautner has a bit of a temper. Should Taylor Lautner chill out and relax? Is it any wonder why people like Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart more than him?

Taylor Lautner is suing McMahon's RV for failing to deliver a $300,000 RV on time.

I think Taylor Lautner needs to put things into perspective.

The Twlight star claims he suffered from "emotional distress" and "annoyance" because his custom trailer wasn't delivered by June 21st so he could use it while shooting his new movie, "Abduction."

Lautner claims that he suffered from emotional distress because his trailer didn't show up on time? Are you kidding me? Is he that much of coddled pampered star that he can't take sleeping in a regular trailer?

What is the deal with the other complaint? You're suing on the grounds of annoyance? Can you even sue for that? Can I sue Taylor Lautner for annoying me with this story and his performances in the Twilight movies? Give me a break with suing because of annoyance.

Suing for breach of contract is one thing but suing for distress and annoyance is just ridiculous. Could a deal not be worked out between the two parties? Ask for your money back and if they don't give it to you then sue for breach of contract but don't feed into the stereotype that all celebrities are spoiled and out of touch and sue because your emotionally distressed and annoyed. People aren't buying it and you shouldn't be selling it.

Demi Lovato could be following in Miley Cyrus' footsteps and sensationally quit using Twitter - leaving millions of fans upset.

Lovato left a series of messages over the weekend which seem to cast doubt on whether or not the young star thinks using the internet is good for her.

Escorted by police, the two lovebirds have finally been reunited with their homes.
Both actors have denied rumors of several relationship, but they were seen for the first time kissing last week.
